Are you an adult with an ongoing health condition such as arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety or depression? This program can help you be in control and feel better.

About this program

Today’s most important aspects of healthy aging are covered in this interactive program series. In six weekly meetings, you will gain understanding and skills to address blood pressure, heart health, arthritis, chronic pain, and emotional health. You’ll also learn how food, movement, sleep and communicating effectively with your doctor can help improve health.  Take-home worksheets are included.
