About this program

The Aging Mastery Program® or AMP is specifically designed for people age 55 and over. In 10 sessions of fun and innovative learning, you will explore ways to build resilience and enjoy longevity.

The National Council on Aging reports that over 20,000 people have completed this program and achieved positive results, from social connectedness to the use of advanced planning. As people are living longer, this program helps us make the most of our later years.
