Matter of Balance is a top-rated, national program that helps people prevent and prepare for increased risk of falls as we age.  Activities that improve physical mobility and stability are highlighted through group discussion, video demonstrations and gentle exercise. Participants gain confidence to stay safe while being active and living independent, as a result of this program’s eight two-hour sessions.
