General information

Programs often are presented in a series of weekly classes, where you can learn in a group and practice new skills. Some classes are ongoing throughout the year and some are less frequent. There are options for online classes, classes in Spanish, and the LGBT Moveable Senior Center in several locations.

Online registration is easy and you’ll be prompted to type in the required information.

If you’re looking for a specific program and it’s not offered near you, fill out the inquiry form and we’ll contact you with the next available program near you.

Program fees vary and many classes are free of charge. Some may be part of the membership fees at your local senior center or fitness club. Pricing will be clearly listed in each class description.

Program leaders and class instructors will be available to assist you once your session begins. In the meantime, feel free to email us any questions.
