About this Class
Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® is an evidenced-based therapeutic movement program which helps participants improve balance, mobility and daily functioning and prevent falls. Participants meet twice a week for one hour for 24 weeks. No previous Tai Ji Quan experience is necessary.
The Simsbury Senior Center is hosting a Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance program starting March 15th. The classes will be held on Tuesdays from 11 am – Noon and Thursdays from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm.
