About this Class
Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® is an evidenced-based therapeutic movement program which helps participants improve balance, mobility and daily functioning and prevent falls. Participants meet twice a week for one hour for 24 weeks. No previous Tai Ji Quan experience is necessary.
The South Windsor Senior Center is hosting a Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance program starting Monday, March 7th. The classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
