About this Program
Cromwell Senior Center Pride Month Celebration! Cromwell is partnering with Stonewall Speakers and Apple Rehab to bring an afternoon of awareness and fun! Join us for an afternoon of outdoor games, an ice cream social and hear from Lynn Samantha Discenza, a voice of the LGBTQ+ community. All LGBTQ+ older adults and allies are welcome!
Lynn has taken an active role in supporting the LGBTQ+ community especially trans youth and their families, since she transitioned in 2019. Among her many other accomplishments, she is a founding member and current president of the Waterbury PFLAG Chapter, long time speaker and current president of the CT Stonewall Speakers.
