About this Program
It’s Falls Prevention Month! The LGBTQ+ Moveable Senior Center invites you to a free inclusive Community Yoga Class, let by Stefanie Theroux. This will be a gentle 45 minute yoga class with chair modifications. All are welcome.
Space is limited and registration is required. Please let us know if you do not have a yoga mat.
