About this Class
Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® is an evidenced-based therapeutic movement program which helps participants improve balance, mobility and daily functioning and prevent falls. Participants meet twice a week for one hour for 24 weeks. No previous Tai Ji Quan experience is necessary.
The Cromwell Senior Center is hosting a Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance program starting Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
Dates
Start: Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
Ends: Friday, May 16, 2025.
Times
Tuesdays 11 am – Noon and Fridays 12:30 – 1:30pm.
