Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® is an evidenced-based therapeutic movement program which helps participants improve balance, mobility and daily functioning and prevent falls. Participants meet twice a week for one hour for 24 weeks. No previous Tai Ji Quan experience is necessary.

Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® is an evidenced-based therapeutic movement program which helps participants improve balance, mobility and daily functioning and prevent falls. Participants meet twice a week for one hour for 24 weeks. No previous Tai Ji Quan experience is necessary.
